ABOUT ME

Hi Y’all!

I’m Anushka, a digital artist and graphic designer originally from Virginia, now based in Brooklyn. My work spans graphic design, illustration, and art direction. I currently serve as the Senior Designer at Climate Power while also pursuing my artistic interests outside of work.

Since childhood, I've been drawn to various forms of creativity — from writing, to filmmaking, to painting. This innate love for the arts led me to pursue graphic design as a professional outlet for my creative spirit. Through collaborations with diverse companies and like-minded clients, I've not only honed my artistic skills but also cultivated a strong sense of professionalism as a creative.

In 2023, I earned a Master's degree in Design Management and Communication from Georgetown University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Government and Film & Media Studies from the College of William & Mary. My educational journey has been instrumental in fueling my creativity while also instilling discipline in my work.

As a woman of color in the professional arts space, I'm deeply committed to amplifying diverse voices and fostering inclusive communities and experiences. I believe in the power of art to shed light on different perspectives and bring people together. My ultimate goal is to become a life-long visual storyteller. Whether through graphic design or other mediums, I plan to utilize my expertise to craft innovative and impactful work.
